Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Dr. Kate Raineri and I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Oregon. I offer individual therapy services for all ages across the lifespan. I have over 10 years of experience serving clients in the Willamette Valley and I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with anxiety and mood disorders, fertility/perinatal concerns, trauma, and chronic medical conditions.

I am an Oregon native and received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University’s School of Graduate Psychology. I practice from an integrative clinical approach and tailor treatment to your individual needs while utilizing evidence-based treatments from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. In practice, this means that I offer a nonjudgmental therapeutic space where we identify patterns of maladaptive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how these may have impacted your ability to live a meaningful life.

Please note: at this time I am exclusively offering Telehealth services.
